How to send internal notifications for workflows:

Set up a new workflow:

  1. Click on Start from scratch
  2. Click on Create workflow
  3. Click on Add New Workflow Trigger
  4. Once you configured the workflow trigger:
  5. Click on Add your first Action
  6. Click on Send Internal Notification
  7. Choose the type of notification:
  8. Email notification
  9. Internal notification:
  10. SMS notification
