Once you filter your list you can take action. Would you like to add these contacts to a Workflow? Would you like to place them all inside of a Pipeline? You can accomplish all these task using the Row of Icons within the contacts page of your Agent CRM.
Smart Lists are a way to save the list you have just created. You can add columns by clicking on the Columns button at the left side of the search bar.
By clicking the plus sign within the Filters view I can create a new tab at the top of your screen that will hold the list you just defined.
Keep in mind that this is a growing list. This means contacts are being added to the list once they meet the filtering criteria and they are being removed from the list when they do not.
